The article describes how to move the assets from one location to another location with the help of the transfer process in the Tagmatiks AT Lite application.
In the transaction, select transfer to start the transferring asset process. We have the option to transfer the single or multiple assets at a time. Select the assets for transfer by manually entering or reading the tags/barcodes with the help of RFID Handheld Readers.
After connecting the RFID Handheld readers to scan the asset tag id. Asset name, location and tag id can be displayed out in the check-out screen based on their scanned tag id. While scanning, assets that are already in the check-out state are displayed in a different color.

Barcodes can be scanned through the barcode scanners or using the device camera.
Select the manual entry icon then it’s redirecting to the manual entry page. Here we have two options to select the asset.
Enter the tag id/barcode or serial number and tap the search icon, the assets matched with the entered search details can be listed below with their part number, serial number, tag id, location, expiry date and asset status. Here the assets that are in In-stock status can be selected for the transfer process.
Another option, select the part details then it’s redirecting to the part details page. Assets mapped with the selected part details are listed below with their part number, serial, tag id, location, expiry date and asset status. Here the assets that are in In-stock status can be selected for the transfer process.
After reading or adding the assets then tap next to continue the process. Select the location that we want to transfer the assets from the location list. If we need to transfer the asset to a sub-location, select the sub-location count that is displayed on location in the location list page then it’s redirected to the sub-locations list to select the location for transfer. After selecting the location tap transfer to complete this asset transfer process and also we can trace their reports in the transaction reports under the reports.
